During the 19 years that he was a partner at Owen Gleaton, Mr. Cole’s practice focused on civil litigation, and he has tried to verdict cases in the areas of professional liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, employment, civil rights, product liability, and governmental liability.  He has been counsel of record in 18 reported decisions of the Georgia appellate courts, and the federal courts.  Since joining MB&C, Mr. Cole has expanded his practice to include representing plaintiffs in consumer litigation, primarily asserting claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
